2025 marks a momentous milestone in Pilotās Vanishing Point legacy: the 20th Anniversary of the Vanishing Point DĆ©cimo. This is the very first worldwide limited-edition piece in the DĆ©cimo line. The design pays tribute to Pilot's origin story: in 1925, founders Ryosuke Namiki and Masao Wada set sail from Yokohama, carrying Japanese-made gold-nib fountain pens to the world. Their pioneering voyage inspires this editionās theme: Voyage, Challenge, and Pioneering.
The Vanishing Point Decimo brings a new level of contemporary artistry to the Vanishing Point family. Redesigned and refined with a slimmer and lighter weight barrel, this fountain pen features a blue to orange ombre lacquer finish with silver trim.
This fountain pen comes with a retractable rhodium-plated 18k gold nib - just click to expose or retract the nib. A hidden trap door helps keep the nib from drying out when not in use.
A Pilot CON-40 converter is included with this pen, as well as a Pilot ink cartridge. A metal cartridge cap is also included for use with the ink cartridge.
