How long does shipping take and how do you prevent leaks?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We take extreme care in packaging, using professional-grade materials to ensure your fountain pens and ink bottles arrive safely without leaks or damage.
What is your return policy for fountain pens and ink?
We offer a 60-day return policy for most items. Fountain pens must be in new, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened ink bottles or used ink samples cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your specific location.
